Nick Bandy LLC (nickbandy.com) has one text message program, Nick Bandy LLC VIP Texts. It sends marketing (promotional) texts only. This page shows every place on nickbandy.com where someone can agree to receive these texts.

Consent is given only by ticking a single, optional checkbox that is unticked by default. This checkbox is used only for marketing texts from Nick Bandy LLC. It is separate from everything else on the page: ticking it is not required to buy or sign up, and it is not part of accepting our Terms. Entering a phone number alone is never treated as consent.

3. Purchase thank-you page

Buyers who did not tick the box at checkout see the same optional, unticked checkbox on the thank-you page after their purchase, with the same checkout wording shown in section 1. Nothing is sent unless they tick it.

What subscribers receive

  • Program: Nick Bandy LLC VIP Texts (marketing texts only).
  • A welcome text confirming the subscription, then occasional VIP deals and offers on Nick Bandy LLC courses. These may include an offer on a course the person started to check out but did not buy (no more than 2 per unfinished checkout).
  • Texts are sent between 12 PM and 8 PM Eastern Time. Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Support: support@nickbandy.com.
  • Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or of submitting any form.
  • Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties.
